We currently have no weekend availability for 2017 weddings.  Below is information and details for 2018

DIY  | $5250

We offer a 2-day package that includes Friday from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Friday gives you time to spend the day onsite with your family and friends preparing, setting up and decorating to your desire and taste.  Hold your rehearsal on-site and rehearsal dinner at another location. Saturday is typically the day of the ceremony, reception and dance.

This package includes:

  • Self set up with 250 white ceremony chairs and 20 – 8 foot banquet and 20 – 60 inch round tables. Additional tables and chairs can be rented in advance if needed. For larger groups, a tent can also be rented for more seating
  • Floor plans and guidance to assist you in setting up to meet your needs
  • Complete access and use of granary, barn, lounge, storage, restrooms, grounds and pastures for parking
  • Parking assistance
  • A movable rustic bar (main floor only)
  • Galvanized troughs and vintage wash sinks
  • Strings of white lights (upstairs and downstairs) and grapevines (downstairs)
  • Patio lights at both barn entrances and at lounge entrance
  • Five bistro table/chair sets under lighted pergola
  • Various furnishings throughout
  • Exterior window boxes and planters are filled with seasonal plantings

Full Service | $5400 +

If you do not desire a do-it-yourself event, we offer services for event planning and oversight, set up, decorating, take down, and clean up.

Our full-service package allows you to come in and have everything done for you. It includes everything listed above in the DYI service package and you can choose additional services listed below.

Cost |  $150 for up to 250 persons

·        Setup tables & chairs –  This would include placing ceremony chairs, placing table linens, as well setting up catering, guest book, and gift tables – this does not include decorating tables, setting service-ware for dinner, or moving chairs from ceremony to reception

·        Place personalized directional signs (provided by client) at roadway intersections prior ceremony

Cost |  $250 for up to 250 persons

Services during your event

  • Move chairs from the ceremony to the reception
  • Move any ceremony decor to the reception
  • Table and chair movement to accommodate flow of day. This does not include busing tables
  • Create a layout of the tables, chairs, bar, dance floor… that utilizes the space and flow
  • Set out your guestbook, card box, place cards, table numbers, yard games, smore supplies, and snacks, etc.
  • Set out your designed floral arrangements on the tables
  • Ensure bagged trash is removed throughout the day
  • Assist host and hostess with movement of gifts/cards to a secured area
  • Move and consolidate table décor. This will still requires you to pack and load your own items at the end of your event. We will remove/return any Coop’s rental items
  • Communication with evening shuttle service for arrival and departure
  • Set out pre-or post ceremony bottled water and soft beverages
  • Start and monitor bon-fire
  • Additional fees apply to rental, placement and movement of straw bales. Additional fees apply to rental of chairs for over 250 guests

Business, Family, or Fundraising Events

We would be delighted to have you host your business, family or fundraising event at Coop’s. Our 2017 weekends (Friday-Saturday) are booked up for weddings from May through October but we have openings for your event during the week. We will work with you on the details for your event, guiding you to vendors for catering and other detailed needs. Give us a call and we’ll schedule a tour and consultation.
